2. About Junoon

Junoon is a cloud-native Learning Management System (LMS) designed to support students, instructors, and administrators through digital learning, smart assessments, real-time chat, and academic tracking.

Our services are accessible via:

• Flutter-based Android and iOS mobile applications
• A Next.js web dashboard for administrators and instructors

3. Eligibility

To use Junoon, you must:

• Be at least 16 years old; and
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or guardian to use the Service.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, users must create an account using:

• Email and password, or
• Third-party logins (Google or Apple)

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activities under your account.

Junoon shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard credentials.

5. User Responsibilities

When using Junoon, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful educational purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not upload, share, or transmit harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Not attempt to access or interfere with servers, APIs, or systems without authorization
• Not use the Service to harass, spam, or impersonate others

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Educational Content

Junoon provides access to academic content including lecture videos, notes, exams, and results. All educational materials are provided for learning purposes only. Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or commercial use of Junoon’s content is strictly prohibited.

7. Exams and Assessments

Junoon hosts both Track Exams and University Exams, which may include section-wise questions, automated grading, and analytics. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee error-free grading, and results may be reviewed or corrected by instructors.

8. Communication Features

Junoon includes real-time chat between students and instructors. All messages are stored securely and monitored to ensure compliance. Users must communicate respectfully at all times.

9. Notifications and Announcements

Junoon may send academic or administrative notifications via the app or email. By using the Service, you consent to receive such communications. You may opt out of non-essential notifications through settings.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of Junoon is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your information.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and logos associated with Junoon are the exclusive property of Junoon Technologies or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

12. Third-Party Services

Junoon integrates third-party services including AWS, Firebase, Google Analytics, and Sentry. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or actions of these third-party providers.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or compromise system integrity. You may request account deletion by emailing my-data@junoon.com.pk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junoon and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Junoon, its employees, and affiliates from any claims or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16. Modifications to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
